Your Body Muscle
Nowadays, most of people are trying
to make their body good-looking. By exercising your body muscle, you can shape
your body. You can go to fitness centre that provides you sport means or you
can do simple exercise at home, such as jogging, pull up, and so on. However,
that is not enough for you to be good-looking. You need to know the three successful
ways to build up your body muscles are by exercising your Trapecious muscle, arm
muscle, and chest muscle.
To begin with build up your
Trapecious muscle, you need to know the tools to exercise it, so that you do
not make many mistakes when you want to do it. The first tool you need to know
is pulling up exercising. It is the most successful natural way to shape your
Trapecious muscle. I said natural because it is simpler than other tools. You
just hung up on the door, or wherever else and pull your body up for about ten
times. Another simple exercise is stretch up. Before you do another exercise,
you must stretch your muscle first, so you can shape your body easily. Next you
use Rowing Machine. It uses to train your Tracious and back muscle. The tool
that is equipped by internal barbell plate for about 75 kilos weight will help
you to build up your body. After you train you Trapecious part, you should
continue to train your arm muscle.
You need to know first the way to
train it. There are two tools to exercise your arm muscle. The first is barbless
technique training. To use this technique, you must have five pairs of barbless,
ask your fitness instructor how to use it, and train it at home. The second way
is push up training. When you have free time at your home, do this exercise.
You only need to push 50 times in 1 minute. Do it regularly for about ten
times.
Finally, your last training is chest
muscle. The tools you need to train your chest muscle are butterfly machine,
chest press machine, and bench press. Before you train with those tools,
exercise yourself with the simple ones. You do push up for 50 times, jogging
for 10 minutes, and weight lifting training. After that, you can exercise with Butterfly
Machine. It uses to train the middle part of your muscle. Then Chest Press
Machine to exercise the whole part of chest muscle. Next you use Bench Press to
exercise upper part of chest.
In brief, to build up your body muscles, you have to
do the exercise regularly and take several training for the three main parts of
your body which are Trapecious muscles, arm muscle, and chest (Pectoralis) muscles.
