Conclusion : In conclusion, to build up your arm muscles-Triceps muscle, you should do those three exercises, including Board Presses Exercise, Dips Exercise, and Close Grip Barbell Bench Press Exercise. Do all those three exercises regularly because it will effects the process of building up your Triceps muscle, and also you can get injured or cracked when you randomly do it. I am sure that you can build up your arm muscles especially Triceps muscle and get healthy body if you keep track of what should be the first, the second, and the third exercises.
The Essay
Build Up Arm Muscles-Triceps Muscle
As I have experienced it, the first step is called Board Presses Exercise. It is like you lay down your body on a bench press which already has weight in it. Then put two or three or four boards on your chest to limit the motion between the board and the weight, so that the weight will not hit your chest if it is dropped from your hands. Board Press Exercise is one of the Pushing Exercises. It forces your Triceps muscle to push the weight up and down, and it will indirectly build your Triceps muscle by pushing it ten times. If you feel that you cannot lift the weight up, you can reduce it. This is the most important step you should do because Board Presses actually shape your front Triceps muscle, and you cannot build your deep Triceps muscle without building up your front muscle first. You will be injured if you do such exercise.
The second step is called Dips. I put Dips as the second step because Dips shape your deep Triceps muscle. After you have trained your front Triceps muscle, then you must train your deep or middle Triceps Muscle. It can strengthen your Triceps muscle. To get Dip’s positions, you should stand up between two bars. Then you hold the bars with your hands-left and right, push your body with your hands as strong as possible. Next slowly lower yourself downward and push again, and repeat it ten times as you can. Please do this exercise carefully because if you force your hands to push your body too quick, your hands can get cracked.
The third step or the last step is called as Dumbbell Triceps Curl Exercise. To do this exercise, you have to stand up straight with dumbbell in your two hands-left and right, grip it powerfully, keep your elbows close to your torso, and move out the dumbbell up and down about ten times. This step is the easiest exercise to do. I put it on the last step because it builds your back Triceps muscle and also the whole Triceps muscle.
In conclusion, to build up your arm muscles-Triceps muscle, you should do those three exercises, including Board Presses Exercise, Dips Exercise, and Close Grip Barbell Bench Press Exercise.
